Who collects your details
Registrations from this site are received by Strud Marketing Pty Ltd, which runs the campaign for this release, and passed to Jesse Patrick of STRUD Property, the exclusive selling agent for Horizon Estate at 65 Hume Street, Karalee. What the form collects
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Whether you need finance to buy
- Your buying situation, for example buying now or needing to sell first
- The lot size you are after, if you tell us
- Anything you write in the message box
Only the name, email and phone fields are required. The rest are optional.
Why we ask
So Jesse can contact you about the Horizon Estate release with pricing, availability and viewing details, and so we can gauge which homesites and stages buyers are asking for. The finance and situation questions exist so Jesse knows how to help, not to screen anyone out. Your details are not sold, and they are not used for unrelated marketing.
Finance referrals, only if you ask
The form has an optional tick box asking whether you want a mortgage broker to contact you. It is off unless you turn it on. If you tick it, your name, email, phone and what you told us about your finance position go to Aditya Hebbani at STRUD Finance so he can talk to you about borrowing capacity and pre-approval. If you leave it unticked, nothing goes to a broker and only Jesse will be in touch. Answering the finance question on its own does not trigger a referral.
Who else handles it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays it by email to Strud Marketing. It passes through their systems on the way. The interactive site plan loads aerial imagery and mapping from Queensland Government spatial services, and like any web request that means they can see your IP address.
What this site does not do
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies and nothing stored in your browser. The only information that reaches us is what you type into the form and choose to send.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email jesse@strudproperty.com.au or submissions@strudmarketing.com.au and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
